The modern eat-in kitchen has dual fuel range cooker, American fridge freezer, TV, dishwasher and utility area with washing machine and tumble drier. The playroom and study area is fully equipped with Wii and pc with broadband just in case you are unable to escape the outside world! This room can double up as the seventh bedroom if required. There is also an en-suite shower room with w/c .

Outside the house, the facilities are as stunning as inside – with a decked terrace area perfect for watching the spectacular sunsets across the bay, dramatic locally designed fire-pit area and large hot-tub suitable for up to 8 guests. There is also a fully converted shepherds hut with shower and w/c – perfect for when you return from the beach to shower off the sand and surf. There is plenty of parking at the property.
